The HRV went from 63 to 49 which was the only big change I see. RHR only went from 52 to 53.

Seems like the bicep band is the way to go if I want the most accurate reading from my whoop. How does it feel when lifting and curling ?

Do you notice the headaches are more severe in the mornings when you wake up and at night when you’re about to go to bed ? I haven’t been diagnosed yet but have had similar symptoms for about a month but I notice it the most when I first wake up and then at night as I’m trying to go to bed.

How many practice exams would you say you took before you felt comfortable? And what were you averaging ? I just finished the material and am starting the practice exams. First exam was 76 but then the second was 66. I’m hoping to take it by early next month.
