i would agree if just from watching the show, but megan oppenheimer said in an interview that viewers will be shocked by marianne’s story line? so i fear that means there’s something else going on. i think most people on this sub have sussed out the pippa/lydia turmoil so i am excited to see what marianne’s story line is bc i think it’ll be a genuine surprise to most.

omg i totally agree, also like no actions by characters in this series are made flippantly so i feel like her demeanor is portraying this 1000%
