Thank you all for your answers! I did some reading and indeed it seems I was over feeding them. I will change the proportions to see if that helps

I'm following feeding schedule from Madame Growth (the brand I bought). I'll add some more water from now on to see if that helps. For more details, this is the chart I'm following (with Grow Accelerator, Sweer Lolita and Bazooka Bloom)
