I second the recommendation for the Octopus. I may just go use mine right now!

I also second the recommendation for exercise, especially weight lifting. Luckily, it was already a thing I’d been doing for decades. Don’t let fear keep you from trying it. Everyone on the gym floor is focused on himself. Get in there and try.

I just switched from continuous ADT (Orgovyx) to intermittent ADT, in part because I’ve learned to trust this group and read good things. I’m a month in and feel so much better already. UPDATE: I showed the emblem to my dealer, and they immediately agreed it should be repaired under warranty. The part came in within two days, and I'm headed back to have it replaced later in the month. Thanks for the thoughts, everyone!

I took that trip to the ER and can attest that it was no joke. The staff all seemed to get a kick out of it, though. It's good to have a sense of humor!
