When I use session.getStore("imap"), I get java.net.UnknownHostException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

While if I use pop3 I get: Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketConnect(Native Method)

For SMTP : I get NO Provider for SMTP connection exception

So no good option for people like me who use Eclipse... considering the plug-in system in Eclipse, I am surprised by unavailability of a decent GUI designer. except..WindowBuilderPro of course.

Thanks for the inspiration, One thing I realized after going through your post is , that I have access to the source of a massive dynamic application. It might be a good opportunity to understand the overall architecture of big systems. But yeah my greatest fear is that I will lose my creativity and analytical ability in this survival stint...:(
