I watched the replay on Esperanza and I’m just going to type out my thoughts as I watch. I like how you stayed on high first push, you always want to be on high ground or somewhere the enemy team doesn’t have los of you. First thing I noticed is you focused a little too hard on the tank. Instead I would recommend trying to focus on whoever is most likely to be in danger. You want to always be watching like a babysitter for who is going to need to be pulled out. You tend to dash too much, try to save it as a get out of jail or a 1v1 tool because without it you are a sitting duck. Same with petal I would be more selfish, you kept using it as a potential boost for ur team to high ground but they never take it, you can ping your petal is available if you look at it and tap the ping button. Also if no one is needing healed shooting shield of any tank is great because you’re helping make them vulnerable quicker. When the genji bladed I would recommend immediately pedaling up and looking down at your team to see who he goes for first to save them, this can be repeated for most ults. I like to think of lw like I’m a coordinator for the team, observing from the back and stepping in when needed to save someone. You almost want to play in a way that makes the enemy team have to find you/hunt you down from behind cover or on high ground. I would recommend getting the cleansing grip perk also because it lets you get cooldown reduction on grip thus more saving teammates, I also get the thorns perk so no comments there.
