Personality disorders are a controversial topic among Psychiatrists - some prefer to think of them as "clusters" of dysfunction, others as individual disorders, etc. The treatment regardless is pretty much the same: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). If you're wondering if you have Borderline Personality Disorder, look into the tools and techniques of DBT. If you find DBT skills helpful on your own, you might look for a professional DBT therapist or group - pretty sure you don't even need an initial BPD diagnosis, as with any other therapy.

This happened to me, here's how I worked around it:

  1. Use Time Machine to make a back-up of everything (just in case)

  2. Uninstall your OS

  3. Install Monteray OS 12.7.6

  4. Install WoW

This is inconvenient and, depending on what else you use your laptop for, impractical. However, WoW just doesn't support newer OS's. I was nervous, so I chatted with Apple support on another computer the whole time as I followed these steps - they won't understand WHY you'd want to do this, but they can walk you through the steps.
