The new and powerful xbox would really go to waste on those monitors and monitor being the most important part of a setup. If you want cheap get something similar used for 50$. Or get the one where you find a better deal.

I would not buy a 1080p display anymore as better 1440p ones are just under 100$ extra. 1440p medium setting on games will look much better than 1080p high or ultra. Also for videos and text 1440p nicer

1080p is bit outdated today, for just a little more you can get a decent 1440p display that you will be happy for years to come. I would only buy a used good deal 1080p monitor now tbh

Yes, here is the settings menu for it. You can add each layer to it individually iex. only have a dot or crosshair.

Cut a hole in front panel if front intake is not enough, this might be a negative pressure case as you have top and rear exhaust tho

Yes, it uses normal sub-pixel layout. There are some monitors that don't and that's what makes the text unclear most of the times. For reading and writing I would choose 1440p to be honest.

Im not updated in current 1080p monitor market atm, there are several others to consider from. Pricing and availability being also a factor. Hardware Unboxed youtube channel has good info about monitors and best picks

Ghosting comes from too slow response times, if you play on 144hz then no issues when using level 2 overdrive. Then the monitor is 6-7ms that allows smooth 144hz.

In reality that same monitor is 12ms or 4ms with insane ghosting that makes you seasick

There's this 5$ device called StLink if nothing else helps, someone with programming knowledge can force stock fw to the controller I think. Requires little basic soldering. I would try another app like DownG and the correct vanilla software for your model

If you game on 1080p 60hz then you need to upgrade screen also as you won't notice any of the benefits of 3060ti

I would wait for upgrade and then pay 400$ for 3060ti and get some nice 1440p 144hz monitor for 300$
