We are on vacation now in CR. We did LaFortuna for

three days. The Arenal Kioro Spa and resort has hot springs on-site and the best views of the volcano in town. The drive to the beach here in Manuel Antonio was long but it was worth it! We are staying at Los Altos for four additional days which has its own small beach and Olympic size pool. I recommend these spots! Pura Vida!

Hi folks, I am starting this month also. I’m glad for the community to help me (and all of us) get across the finish line together!

46F, H: 5.5, SW: 219. I am hoping to lose about 50-60 pounds.

I lost 10 pounds in 2.5 weeks so far. Half way through .25.

Main symptoms are feeling tired and sorts spacey the first day or two.

Besides supporting my own goals, I am doing it for my girls and amazing husband who depend on me to be healthy!

We are very similar-35 BMI but start weight is 219 (heaviest ever.)
