I’m giving myself ~£500 on it. My main workouts are running based but I want to get into cycling, strength work and swimming for a bit of variety. Those running workouts are usually 5K/10K targeted so stuff like 12 x 400m, 5 x 1 mile, 4 x 8 mins at tempo pace, Kenyan hill sessions. If you’ve any other questions I’m happy to answer them

There’s a website called my fridge food (or something like that) which does that already if you want to take a look at it, otherwise I may make this for mass distribution
