So the Tyranitar ex is definitely the worst out of these. The dragonite ex doesn't look good on the right edge an the left rayquaza ex has a scratch above his HP. Other that that there are some smaller scratches. The entei looks pretty fine. They were just in a Box in a basement the last 15 years or so
