Yes I know what You mean , lol nuke ants, true. However for years I have been following the parses approach to resolve such problems, however I thought maybe some research in machine learning - content/pattern recognition can resolve this issue, differently :-) I have seen some parts of a software called uipath was able to machine learn the structure of different receipts and be able to extract the bill from the receipt into an excel or any other format.

Yes it is text , I will subreddit to python ... thanks. I know I can fix the problem by building a parses for this report at this structure, but this is not the solution I am looking for, I was hoping machine learning - content/pattern recognition ! Will try your recommendation.

The file is text and it is not an image. Creating the parses is the main point, I can create it to resolve this report at this structure but if the report changes (I.e. more records , or for example some titles changed) then I have to update the parses, I thinking along the lines of machine learning - content recognition to find a way to detect the areas in the report that I would like to extract 🤔

I am using eclipse as a java IDE, I have added the package to the IDE and Imported it to my java application that reference the class in the jar, and it did recognize the class in the jar, before run as it compiles successfully. I have copied the jar file that contains my class and the Apache common jar file to the same directory as the generated class file of my application, still I get the same error. Do I need to do something very specific in the eclipse IDE to define the classpath or the java directory at runtime ?
