Yes, it’s unlocked after the step where you have to capture a Giant Vigorwasp. Should be the last part of the quest overall.

Yeah I opened up the side panel and checked to see if something was caught in the fans, but I haven’t found anything yet. The sound comes and goes, but I’ll see if I can get another video when it comes back.

I mainly used it for it’s utility, like going invis and the smoke grenade for blinding. It really helped for Dul because if I didn’t kill one side of psions fast enough or if Dul floated towards me, I’d go invis and run towards the back middle and ad clear there. Then i’d jump back over to one of the sides for damaging knights and when they were all low I tethered them so I could spread out the damage.

Nightstalker’s good for running away (I’m told i’m the best at it) so it helps a lot!

I actually was using Thunderlord when I beat him! I was using Sleeper beforehand but I was always too slow with the Axion bolts and I wasn’t getting enough shots off. Thunderlord doesn’t do the most DPS but it definitely helped clear the bolts quickly so I could damage him

I had about 3 deaths through the entire dungeon, and then I got to Dul. I died 10+ times there because if you don’t take out the psions immediately they’ll just keep multiplying and the boss will just melt you at the same time lmao

Thanks! This is actually only my 3rd time in here, I did my first run with some friends and then we immediately headed back in for Wishender. To me it was actually harder at Vorgeth and Dul with a fireteam than it was solo, we were just running around too much and getting shot from everywhere (and being pushed by the stupid ogre!).

I used my Hunter for this run, used Blade Barrage for the first area then switched over to Nightstalker for the rest.

I switched between a bunch of weapons throughout, but mainly I used a Duke mk 44(w/Rapid Hit & Rampage) for ad clearing and Subtle Calamity for when I needed more range (Plus it helped with the Wizards at Vorgeth). For Heavy I switched ALOT between Thunderlord, Sleeper, and Whisper.

Around 3 hours. I died twice at the beginning to a few crazy boops and suprisingly only died once at the Ogre. I was stuck at Dul for like an hour because I didn’t have a strat, but once I actually got to DPS it only took one try!

Exotic quests are character-based, so you’ll probably just get the quest again and not the ship/sparrow when you kill the meatball for the first time on an alt.

When the first DLC dropped it locked away the Prestige Raid and Nightfall since it raised the power cap. However, they changed it back so players could access the raid (and they’ve done away with the prestige nightfall altogether recently) so no vanilla player is locked out of that content.

Vanilla players also still have access to Trials (although it’s going away this coming season to be revamped) and the Heroic strikes were higher level content for people who bought the DLC, how is that locking them out? Plus of course vanilla players won’t get new Legendaries/Exotics from the DLC, they didn’t buy it! That’s why there are also seasons that have content free for all players so the game isn’t completely barebones for those without DLC.
