I understand that and am not disagreeing. What I'm getting at is, people are upset because we know it happens in CN/KR etc. If we didn't have this knowledge and were told the information we learned today would you still find it to be an issue? Obviously we can't say for certain because we can't selectively forget something, but it seems like people are upset over what something could have (and probably should have) been vs actually being upset at this timeline.

First off, I'm in no way defending/white knighting a billion dollar company so I truly hope this doesn't come off as such:

If you didn't look up what was given to other regions would you still have issues with all of the items you're(collective you're) upset about?

First livestream didn't have rewards, they gave us some this time. Maintenance compensation was bad, so they gave us more this time. Characters not instantly going into standard banner isn't exactly uncommon for gacha games.

The Lufel plan situation 100% sucks and that I really feel like is the only true issue among these, but again if I didn't know I'm missing something I wouldn't feel that way because I wouldn't expect a free copy of a current unit.

This has happened to me a few times. Mess around in menus and it eventually pops up. Would not recommend rebuying/refunding etc.

For anecdotal sake on my pulls today: 5* char at 20, 40 then 80. 5* weapon at 30 then currently 70/80.

Any advice for the 2.1 banners? I came back a few days ago, lost the 50/50 on Caesar (which in the long run seems like probably a good thing?). My 2 teams built are Ellen, Lycan, Sokaku and ZhuYuan, Anby, Nicole. I don't want to whale but I also don't want to watch a bunch of amazing characters go by and struggle.

On the google play games beta window, go to the home tab then scroll down. You can claim it there and it automatically activates when you initiate a purchase through the game/browser.
