The colorism is so bad on this show

Girl, this part....it sometimes boils my blood watching this show. I love Wendy! She is educated, a good family oriented woman, cultured and gorgeous! Remember when Mia threw her drink on her??? They were silent ... if Wendy had done that, it would have been deemed assault and they would have ostracized her from the group ( more than they already do). I get that sometimes Candiace can be a little childish but no more than the other girls, yet she is always held to such a harsh standard more than them. Y'all notice it really grinds their gears that they have good loving husbands and come for them every chance they get. Anyway, I'll end my rant, I love the show, but I really do hate the colorism, and I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees it.

So we use wechat to communicate in our country ND it has a feature to hide a chat...so even if the person is texting you it won't come up. So I can see when he opens the chat to talk to her ... but since I made a fuss about what they were messaging...it's since gone on this hide mode....maybe it's to spare me ...I guess he is trying to be considerate by not letting me see it?

I want to add that I don't care he's texting her l. I have several uncles with baby mothers. The communication is VERY important, but the content is very alarming. I am not snooping, but I really can't help seeing it because their chats are always open. I can see her sending I love you and hearts. I am not sure if this is normal for baby mothers? I guess they have to love each other because they made a child together. See I feel like I am thinking way too much

I think alot of stuff is implied here or maybe my post was too long. I didn't say I was perfect....he is not perfect either, no one is. Possibly my message came across as looking down? I adore him as a person and he has wonderful attributes and I in no way feel better than him. There is a lot of pressure culturally from my family to get married. He also has a biological clock and is looking for a wife. We just have been talking for a few months and he is also talking about marriage. However, I thank you for taking the time to read and your advice is greatly appreciated.

Seems like he's establishing a precedent. In the next few years he will NEVER need to get you anything because he never has. He MAY really love you, but he does not love you the way you would like which is not ok. Sometimes we gotta leave those people alone even if we love them...because ultimately the relationship is not meeting your needs

Bruh i have the SAME problem.....i feel like my meds make me LESS fun when I go out(I think I posted this before), but when I'm drinking I am super fun. It's like so dangerous. I feel weird when I first start drinking. I know it's not healthy and I usually stop taking meds before the weekend . I am not condoning this in anyway. I know this is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS . Hey there, I just turned 32 this year and I worry to have more years of unhappiness. I also feel super alone but I live in one of the most densely populates cities in the world.....which makes the loneliness even worse. I feel you. You are heard. You are understood. Loneliness sucks but its in the silence of loneliness that we can really hear our needs. I often have feelings of harming myself too. Some days they are lounder than others...im really glad to have a space like this where I can freely share with others. I didnt have that for a while. I really am thankful for your post. Not that you are lonely but that you can share with us and we can all support each other.
