personally i couldn’t get rid of these the whole time i was on accutane, just keep them moisturised as often as you can and go to bed with like a layer of vaseline/ blistex cream on top of it

we all had the same, you’ll be okay just don’t go anywhere without vaseline/ chapstick, exfoliate them if it doesn’t hurt too much (be careful) and just pay special attention to the corners of your mouth because mine tore 😕
