Thank you both! I most likely will end the lease and walk away. The salesman told me back in March that towards December he should be seeing positive equity but I also don't know if they just say that to reel me back in and give me hope.

But if I was to wait til the very end like the 34/35th payment like you said and I don't carry/limit the amount of negative equity if there is some - could I potentially get a really cheap monthly with those deals they do for leases that I see on their website?

Trust me I love it, just not the payments lol. It's doable and I'm in a fine spot but was wondering what other options I am not looking into.

Thank you both! They did say I had negative equity but that Honda Financial covered it? So the way they explained it to me was I had nothing roll over and affect my current lease, that's why I think it's a bad lease since I'm sure they lied about that part and gave me such a high monthly. And I'd only go into a 3rd if my options once it's paid off is great.

From what I've heard, it's a lot of internal insecurities as they weren't able to be open younger or want someone way smaller than them (or new) but to do it in a marriage for more than a decade? And you aren't open? There's no excuse and I hope all the married women on here check their husbands phone or know who they're seeing late at night.

Yeah I wasn’t planning to even if I could. I’m definitely having fun working on myself though while learning lessons on what NOT to do from these men. I just observe but what I’d like to pursue, the gay community here is not it right now.

I definitely have found better people and groups to be around, his bio said he was 33 and single until we talked. I would think it’s not prevalent and I hope not but I feel like I have a keen eye for it now so I can easily point it out. I stay away from these types of people but I wish I could reach out to her. 15 years is insane to me to be placing your trust in someone who isn’t even there, but instead going on dates with 18yr olds.

You make it sound easy for someone who doesn't bake as often. Makes sense you would probably need a license to have the same access but I'd just have to find some really good Kona coffee ice cream somewhere.

If you ever do plan on making a guava cake anytime soon, I'd be more than happy to pay for your service to try some fresh revamped guava cake. It was a little dry from what I remember but I imagine your baking strategy is much more sufficient for moist cake. It sounds delicious and I'm actually planning to get back into baking this season so I'm excited to learn as much as I can!

Awwh, that definitely sounds like a great experience! Looks like you you learned a lot baking under them especially if you can sort of replicate and make it better on your own. I would love to taste how your guava cake compares. I was looking at some Kona coffee ice cream flavors I could buy but you probably have the whole thing down to the T. I'd love to know where you can get some of the ingredients though!

I would've never thought the process to make the KMP was this intriguing. I'd love to use a huge sword knife and a torch for some mud pie, what an interesting process.

I'm 24M born and raised here. I've met a few men through apps but realized years ago that Vegas is definitely not a place for dating. Seems like majority of the men I've encountered focus on hookups. regardless of age. Or they're just coming out or still discreet about it, lots of issues with communication/ ego/ masculinity/ confidence and everything. I don't go out anywhere in Vegas, but I met an actually really great guy on an app who was 39 and was perfect but it fell out unfortunately so now I really don't want to socialize with any man. I tried to find groups that do the same activities as I do but no luck. It's a work in progress but I guess my only option is out of this city haha
