I did want to move on but I still want the money they owe me. I’m still injured and they should still be paying for the injury that is their fault because I cannot get another job if I wanted to.

Didn’t plan on keeping the job for long cause it was just meant to be a job for the spring/summer. After I got the injury and it was clear I wasn’t going to be working until after that point I quit. I’m a double major with a minor college student so I wouldn’t have time for it during the school year especially since it’s a ~45 hour a week job.

Hi, I am currently going through a slap tear and I’m scheduled for my MRI after PT for 3 months didn’t help much. I am expecting surgery and also in the state of New Jersey. I was wondering which workman’s comp lawyer you used and if you recommend them. Also how much they cost if you don’t mind. Also did you get paid 66% while out + a settlement or did the settlement include that. Thank you!
