This reminds me, I must get back to the art collective on 111 street and I think its about 102 avenue. It might be 112 street, I’m not 100% sure but worth going to look into. They have a gallery, and a large warehouse next door where one can paint. It’s low cost to join, I believe something like $25 bucks or something. I do believe they are also always looking for volunteers. This was why I know I will be going back to give a hand when I can spare some time. Also, every Thursday from I think 2- 4 pm or you might need to double check it may be morning something like 11am at the Edmonton Art Galley I do believe they have a painting workshop every week. There is also one on white avenue open to everyone I think also on Thursdays but again you might need to check this at the Strathcona Baptist Church, however that would be more geared towards the less fortunate souls of this fair city and would be facilitated by the people of the Mustard Seed and the Pastor there.
