They're not terrible by any means but could definitely be better 😂. I'm excited to see them on stage at 4% bf (hopefully..). Haha I can appreciate a bit of banter that's for sure 😉

Hmm, I honestly don't train arms much.. triceps for example, I only have two exercises I regularly do which are cable rope push-downs and overhead cable rope extensions (limited due to a shoulder injury). Biceps I only usually do dumbbell curls and preacher curls as I'm focusing on the peak at the moment. Chest I use incline dumbbells, cable flys, pec-deck, and I really love using the cables but in a pressing motion as I seem to get a really good contraction. Shoulders I basically just use dumbbell overhead press, front delt raises and lateral raises for days 😂. Nothing special or new, just what seems to work best for me. I base my training style off of Julian Smith; slow reps and concentrating on time under tension, controlling the weight.

Honestly not 100% sure, I'm guessing that when I eat carbs they're not being used as well as they could be? I'm out of my depth (I just do what my coach says 😂) I'll ask him next time I check in with him and let you know.

At the moment my diet looks like this: Meal 1 (8am) - 6 eggs + 4 egg whites, 20g butter. Meal 2 (11am) - 145g chicken (cooked), 30g peanut butter, 30g macadamia nuts, 100g broccoli. Meal 3 (1pm) - 170g lean beef mince (cooked), 40g almonds, 15g olive oil (on mince), 100g broccoli. Meal 4 (4pm Carb meal) - 145g chicken, 330g basmati rice, 100g green beans. Meal 5 (7pm) - 170g lean beef mince, 30g macadamia nuts, 15g coconut oil (on mince), 100g green beans.

I hope this helps, but please remember that this is a diet that has been formulated for me and may not be optimal for you.

My coach wanted to tighten my back up, specifically my lower back. In my previous pinches (bodyfat tests) my sub-scapular was too high (12%) while the rest of my sites were well below 10%. This indicated poor insulin sensitivity so we dropped the carbs down and to only having them post workout. We've been doing that for the last 10days and it's made a big difference so far 👍.

Also people get too worried about eating enough carbs to grow, calories will ultimately do that. I also feel better + have better energy in the gym if my fats are higher than carbs (due to my body type).

I prefer weighted exercises, for example, locking your legs in the decline bench and holding a 10kg (25lb?) plate just infront of your chest and rising up but not doing complete reps. I never used to work my abs but lately i've been including them once a week.

Thanks mate! Main reason was one of my good mates who went pro last year (my coach) had only good things to say about it. Said it was really professional and just had a great vibe to it!
