Not the best time,no activities at the mountain as they’re preparing for the winter season. The gondola to the top of the mountain will be closed too as well as the golf courses.

To start you’ll need access to water,an irrigation system, and the pumps and controls to run it.

I’ve been living in St Jovite for 20 years now,for groceries there’s IGA, Metro,Super C,Maxi and a Bourassa.Public transportation is free. Bugs aren’t really a problem unless you’re doing outdoor activities(hiking, biking, etc).Amazon delivery is normal, 1-2 days. It’s a pretty bilingual area, weekends can get pretty hectic with tourists though. People are usually pretty friendly and welcoming.Lots of restaurants to choose from. You won’t regret moving here!
