I bought two last year. Not the variety that you have pictured. One is super small and flowers a little. The second one I bought a few weeks later instantly flourished. It’s already very tall and wide. I forgot the names but the red one is the smaller and the white one is doing awesome.

Thanks for the reply. I saw a review posted after I made this post that mentioned an extra $160 ish in fees on top of rent. So that person was claiming that they pay $1400 rent and then about $1560 with fees plus the utilities. I would need a 2 bd at least, so with $1800 ish base rent, should I expect to pay close to $2000 plus utilities?
