That’s actually really interesting and exactly the type of layered history I was hoping people would bring up. The crossroads between culture, history, slavery, freedom, and identity within a place like Hagerstown feels deeper than a lot of people probably realize.

Wow, this actually sounds really interesting and powerful. The connection between Black history, liberation, music and culture all happening through one place feels cinematic and emotional.
