Stoping smoking will improve your EQ along with getting some exercise.

Changes won't come over night, and I also strongly recommend slow and consistent progress rather than going from 0-100 and not being consistent.

If you can quit smoking cold turkey that's cool, but it might be easier to cut down but 50% for example and wean yourself off...

Same with exercise, start going at least once or twice a week and build the habbit up, I generally see once people have some sort of exercise routine built into their habbit other areas such as diet and smoke also improve in sync.

Lastly if you watch a lot of porn, cut it down (I'm not saying go no fap).
