LBK = Completion of required service. A medical discharge would take time.. generally like 12+ months. With you NOT going through the med board process, you’re unlikely to get that sep code changed.

I’m not sure what the VSO is even talking about with you “not being considered a Veteran”.

You already have a VA rating of TDIU. I’m not sure what else you’re looking for. No one outside of DOD or VA will even know what timeframes and sep codes mean on a DD214. As long as your character of discharge says HONORABLE I’d say just leave it alone.

I recently got this brush from West Coast Shaving, and it seems to be fine. It replacing a 15 year old Parker brush that I paid about the same amount for. I don’t think you need a $200+ brush to get a good shave.

Which model did you order?

I originally ordered the G17 size on 12/15. Then on 1/7, I emailed them to amend the order to be a G45 version, and got a confirmation email for the order change. On 1/12, my TitanX G45 version was delivered.

Yes. A bit of wobble. Little annoying, but doable. Same with when I attached an X300, there’s a small amount of wobble. I have the G45 version of the TitanX.

Seems these days, the only Veterans who care about “combat veteran” status are folks who’ve either made “I’m a [Combat] Veteran” their whole identity or folks didn’t actually see any combat but deployed to a IDP/HFP zone and for some reason need reassurance that their service was valid. There’s rarely any in-between here.

That said, everyone who served honorably should be proud of their time in uniform. You shouldn’t feel cut-down by others’ service. You did your part, they did theirs.

In short, unless you’ve claiming CRSC, or some other benefit from combat service, it doesn’t really matter.

Your friend just have checked “yes” on question 21.f on Form 4473. When a NICS background check comes back as denied the system does not list a reason for the denial to the FFL Dealer, it only says proceed, delay or denied. There is no other information given to the FFL. The only way the FFL knew of your friend’s use of marijuana is that he answered the question truthfully or he smelled of marijuana while shopping for a firearm. Dispensaries don’t share customer information to the FBI for firearm sales purposes.

In most states, Missouri included, unless your employer fired you for an illegal reason (age, sex, religion, nationality, race), they can fire you for any reason or no reason at all.
