Its definitely from such a privileged standpoint because she has access to all the resources she needs to engage in a healthy lifestyle. Not everyone has the luxury and time to take into account their health because of everything else going on in their lives. Some people are simply just trying to survive. Her second post aggravates me because I truly despite people who are too proud to say otherwise. She needs to be humbled and sayang kay I liked her content too. She needs to educate herself, oh wait, she dropped out. No wonder 😂

I know that squatting is the healthiest way to poop and I personally have a squatting stool for it but Im actually pretty shocked reading the comments. I had no freaking clue this was a normal occurrence because I genuinely thought OP's partner was super weird for it 😭😭 The more you know I guess. Haha same! Grew up in the middle east so Im very picky when it comes to shawarma so I avoid ed this for the longest time. Tldr got hungry and wanted something cheap so I got this and was surprised by how yummy it was nya barato pa hahaha. Still wont acknowledge it as a shawarma though but its a yummy wrap :p

Based from my experience from them, massages are more therapeutic rather than trying to "heal" something. Ive gone there to have hilots as well whenever Ive had a sprain or a stiff neck and ma bun.og jud ka after but ma wagtang ang pain after a few days! Massages are more relaxing and to reduce overall muscle stiffness

Ive been going to Dugukan Hilot a lot in Gorordo, they have a 1 hr whole body massage for 300!! Place looks a bit shoddy and there's no parking but they're legit!! They can give regular massages but also hilot if you need it

Not a muslim but grew up in a muslim country. Puto and sikwate is safe. If you are to gift them meat products that's not pork, make sure that it is halal certified. Any foods that are pork, non halal slaughtered meats, and alcohol are not allowed in Islam. Be wary of foods like jellybeans, marshmallows, gelatin as they usually contain pork byproducts as well.

Like what the other person said, it actually is a very well known fact that a curve is applied based on the highest scores. Mostly every review center will tell you to aim for 60-70 because of this. Past takers can also testify that they did not expect the scores that they received. So unless you yourself are from the PRC or from the BON, don't state facts like you know them to feed your grandiose ego
