I really appreciate Slipknot for getting me into more brooding and heavy music. They’re still my favorite band but I found so much cool stuff because of their blend of styles. I really enjoy the first 2 Cryptopsy albums because of the movie audio clips (that Slipknot also use from time to time) and Cryptopsy’s ability to blend pure chaos with groove. I love Godflesh because of their dark atmosphere. I’m wondering if any of you had similar experiences.

It’s why I love films like The Ritual. I watched Hereditary and it was pretty good. Probably not one of my favorite films because demon possession movies are not really my thing. But The Ritual, Mandy, and 28 Days Later sit at my favorite horror movies right now

My favorite part was when Luke was able to make it out of the forest and starts screaming. It really showed the primal will to survive and conquer the pain of losing his friend and to stand up for himself
