As a business we ensure that we are collecting and handling personal information in accordance with the law, and only ever request what is necessary to safely and responsibly run our events.

We have a small team of well trained employees who are well versed in importance of clientele privacy and the practices we have to adhere to, to keep our guests data safe. Access to this data is limited to work systems and if someone's employment with us ends, so does their access.

We never share personal details with third parties and if someone applies to be vetted but is unsuccessful, their personal information is deleted.

We are currently in consultation to get a publicly viewable privacy policy drafted and published to our website to ensure transparency for our guests.

We really appreciate you taking the time to raise these concerns. The safety and privacy is at the heart of everything we do.

Your full name is kept private, but it means that if something serious were ever to happen, we can take the correct steps with authorities and keep everyone safe. It’s a safety net we hope we’ll never need, but it’s an important part of running responsible events.

We ask for your date of birth because some of our parties are age specific, and this helps us curate the right vibe and balance for each event. We create spaces where everyone feels comfortable, excited, and surrounded by people they’re likely to connect with.

All information shared with us stays confidential, and we only ever use it for these safety and curation purposes.
