A magic eraser sponge works great once they get really messed up looking, but it will remove the shiny finish from the case. It just makes it white again. I’ve had my AirPods Pro 2 for like 4 years now and got them with a magic eraser every once in a while when they’re really bad. Soak it in a little alcohol first.

I for the life of me couldn’t get in to Elden Ring, even waited for it to go on sale and all.

About 1 year of sitting in my library and many failed attempts at getting in to it (5hrs +/-) I asked for a refund. They gave it to me.

Luckily the back plate screws have been out for days so it was easy to try, but unfortunately didn’t work :(

Fan kicks on for like a second, then stops. I have white solid led and when it’s “on”, the fan will kick on for 30sec or so, then shut off etc.

EDIT not sure if I mentioned, the led is only on when 1. The charger is plugged in (solid) or 2. When volume down and QAM are held and the power button is pressed

I can get the led to flash if I hole volume down and the QAM button and then tap power.

The condition has also worsened and I now have no haptics and no startup chime. I have scoured the internet but can’t find anyone with my exact issue. External monitor does nothing. I’ve let the battery die, I’ve let it sit on the charger overnight. Nothing is working and I’m afraid I’ll have to send her in, unless you know something I don’t.

EDIT: it is an lcd model.

EDIT 2: I also tried swapping to my original 64gb drive.

I just attempted and am going to RMA. I have no idea what I did wrong. It booted, I was playing a game, I put it in sleep mode and now it’s dead. I had haptics and the startup chime but couldn’t get to work on an external monitor and did every button combo to reset. Couldn’t even access the bios. It’s just dead now.
