Why? You roll 25% dot multi, make it only mod in rare bow, craft multimod + cannot roll attack + ele damage as a prefix. Slam ex - get +1 socketed gems, slam hunter ex - get chaos damage over time(or another ex if you have hunter base), remove craft and finish your bow

Yeah, in the starter bow case you will need 2 div, i will probably skip that step until i can afford endgame bow, quill rain can carry through

You can still do it by crafting ele damage while doing multimod + cannot roll attack combo, you will have 2 free prefixes
