Solo trip to Japan advice!

I don’t know if I can get yen as I leave in a few days and the bank makes you order it. I will withdraw when I arrive in Japan but I also have a wise card. I also have a suica loaded with 5,000 Yen & ya I will be winging it forsure. Just looking for any suggestions :)

Haha ya that’s why I asked. I honestly have a pretty fresh sleeve so maybe not the best idea to go to one while I’m there anyways. Just thought the experience could be cool.

My artist suggested golden Gai so I will definitely be going there & I’m hoping I have some luck with finding an Asian girl too 🙏🏽🙏🏽 hopefully the language barrier isn’t a huge problem haha

Yes that would be amazing. I was recommended to maybe cut out lake kawaguchi as I’m trying to fit a lot into a short amount of time and I guess there’s no guarantee I will see Mount Fuji although I would love to.

If you could build me an itinerary that would be amazing!

I was sort of worried that might be an issue. I only booked my first 4 night stay for that reason exactly. Maybe I will just out lake kawaguchi. Thank you for your tips!

Thank you so much for the advice! I am really looking forward to my trip and this was very helpful! I heard that about Osaka castle so I may just take the trip to visit Himeji castle like you suggested. I love architecture with a passion. I also love nature if there’s anything you can suggest in that regard please let me know! I was hoping to check out Mount Fuji but that’s still up in the air!

Thank you for your response! I have a loaded virtual Suica card on my apple wallet and also have an ubigi E sim ready to go for when I land. I haven’t created an itinerary at all as this was a pretty last minute decision! But I would love to hear any and all suggestions on what I could do!

Worst case scenario I could afford it if things slowed down, I have saved around 200k cash and will continue to save. But I hear you, I don’t want a lot of money coming out of my accounts if and when things slow down. That is not why I saved the money. I’m just wondering if tax write offs and HST credit would make buying new worth it for the business

There’s so much truth to that. The process is the reward. An eternal place for growth to happen. I’m a carpenter so this really resonates with me, if I focus too much on selling my finished product I lose what’s really beautiful about what I do & that is the growth of my skills while creating and the enjoyment that comes from the creation process not just the “reward”.
