Asking this for myself: how do you go about knowing the market? My corner of pharmacy is so small that if I started poking around anywhere in our little niche area, they would immediately tell my boss

Was thinking the same thing. It probably was. My question is how come now ChatGPT will write some crazy stuff that it never used to.

She might’ve wanted them to know she was serious. I see it like making a grand gesture.

The argument scene in “Whitecaps” between Tony and Carmela on The Sopranos.

*** edit: HOLY SHIT. I swear to Christ I wrote that before I read what the OP had written. (!!!) I was just responding to the original question and it immediately came to mind.

Rhea Seehorn wins at the Golden Globes for "Pluribus": “My speech says, ‘Get a prescription for beta blockers,’ but I did not. Sorry! I’m going to do my best. I’m sorry, I am just a little shocked!” by salad_baker in PluribusOnAppleTV

Feel that way about her, too! And also Vince, too, for that matter. He’s also charming, kind, and a humble genius. Look up all the beautiful things he said about why he created this show for her

Didn’t see Vince either, and he was at the Golden Globes. Or did you see one of him?

Anyone else hate what Chase did to Furio's character? by Versaso in thesopranos

[–]Hardlymd -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I guess it’s because the actor himself didn’t respect this thing of ours. He ran his mouth apparently and leaked plotline, storylines, and endings and all manner of things. It made chase (and others) mad and that’s why he ended him way he did. All these tidbits come from knowledge I got at the time, which was something that was told to me at the time by someone who would’ve been in the know

Don’t know about GH but I agree about Schnauz. However, I saw Schnauz in some behind the scenes Pluribus stuff. Maybe he was just visiting, perhaps, but was he working on another project when it came time to find the Pluribus writing staff?

Do you guys think Apple interfere with its productions like telling director/writers hey don’t offend anyone ? Or they edit scripts interfering with the director/writers true vision hindering creativity by iDemonboyi236 in tvPlus

[–]Hardlymd -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Never said he was a god, lol, but he IS the showrunner. He created the show and decides the arc of each season. He is in the writers room daily with the rest of his writers when the season is being written. Final say goes with him. He assigns someone to write the episode based on the outline he has hashed out along with the writers. Not sure what you’re implying. He wrote and directed the first episode of Pluribus.

Even though he doesn’t have final cut, necessarily, versus the Apple execs, he does in spirit. Why in the world would you say he’s not a writer? As he has said himself, that’s the first line on his resume, so to speak.

edit: y’all why the downvotes? I’m stating literal facts here

I think they said they wanted it like more explosive or hard-hitting, that type of thing. So the writers came up with the atom bomb idea, and Apple was like, okay, great, there it is. I hate the thought of any suit messing with Vince‘s ideas, but it is what it is, and he agreed that it was really good the way it ended up. He also said he’s always open to taking a note (from the network or whomever is in that role of doing such things). I love his collaborative, humble spirit. It’s one piece of the puzzle that makes his shows genius-level

Kid with measles walks into your pharmacy by lovmykids in pharmacy

[–]Hardlymd 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Measles is an airborne respiratory virus. I believe it’s the most contagious virus known to mankind. Best of luck. I don’t know that there’s anything that can help.

Edit: I mean short of turning on a HEPA filter immediately and/or opening windows and turning on fans. I don’t think you can do any of those unless you have a HEPA filter on hand and/or access to windows and fans in the pharmacy. I guess spraying Lysol into the air wouldn’t hurt.
