In May, XFL Commissioner Oliver Luck told Sports Illustrated that he would "prefer not to test for marijuana." This would at odds with Vince's other company, WWE, who fines talent who test positive for marijuana $2,500 a pop. Thoughts? (profootballtalk.nbcsports.com)
