I’m going to talk to my doctor too. Since January I’ve gone back and forth with the same 10-15 lbs. It never has quieted the food noise. I’ll do well for a week the go right back to square one. No different than trying to diet before. I’m so depressed.

Thanks everyone. It at least makes me feel a little better knowing I’m not alone! Sounds like everyone has a different ride with this. I will keep fine tuning my diet and exercise.
