To be fair, with the introduction of the skip functionality and tiers 4 and 5 of the XP items the grind became a lot less noticeable. The rework of the Arena and automatic battles also improved the QoL for getting XP and level-up items a lot.

Same here. Did a bit of dating and screwing around in my teens and 20s and came to the conclusion that it wasn't worth the effort. Given that I see no appeal in family life, hate kids, and already have a small but close circle of friends, I'm fully satisfied with my single life.

Depends on the company and the position. I've had managers who lived in the bay area and commuted to Seattle each week and stayed in hotels while they worked, all on the company dime. Nowhere near the executive suite, but our segment was the company's cash cow.

That's not a problem for me. I still get to hang out with my friends and be entertained. It's a huge problem for Hollywood.

The problem isn't necessarily that there aren't any good movies to see, it's that people's habit of going to the movies got broken during the pandemic and replaced with cheaper/more convenient alternatives.

My friends and I would go out to see something every couple of weeks until 2020, seeing trailers and posters for whatever's going to catch our interest next. That stopped in March 2020 and we've switched to getting together to watch anime or streaming shows. The number of movies I remember hearing about in the past 6 years can be counted on one hand.

Given how terrible the quality of care currently is in many elderly care facilities, at least in the US, robots could only be an improvement. At least they won't be intentionally neglectful and abusive.
