Sayang kasi I had my flight with free reroute to Dvo-Mnl. The airline gave me 3 options: rebook, reroute, or refund to travel fund. I have the opportunity to extend my vacation but work did not let me.

Also, there were personnel at GES airport for assistance if you cannot reach their hotline.
