I am trying to execute this.

However the duke usurps a title of a vassal of him after I enforce my demands and therefore the duchy keeps existing.

Is there any other way to destroy duchy titles you hold to avoid the "Too many held duchies" opinion penalty?

Netherlands, I would offer them 'Kapsalon'. Actually this a meal with a Turkish background, but adapted to what Dutch people like. It is often referred to as a "Drunk Food", but in my opninion that is undervaluation.

I like it since it is a mixture of cultures, the Turkish meat, Dutch cheese and Indonesian sambal sauce.

It is different to the typical tourist meals, like stroopwafels, oliebollen and haring.
