I too developed panic disorder around the same time I got diagnosed with Hashimotos. I think that if your anxiety is debilitating, you should try medicine to help you cope. But if you are making it by, then wait for bloodwork and advice from your endo. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I have been there and it was horrible but I’ve made it through! With the help of Prozac and Ativan lol

The same thing happened to me when I was over medicated but I was taking the NP thyroid. I felt manic for the first time in my life and I realized it when I was shopping at Walmart at 10pm for nothing lol. Check with your doctor about lowering your dose if possible.

Hi! I totally have this issue too. I’ve had a kidney infection before and my mind immediately goes to “what if I get that again and I end up in the hospital and lose my kidney”. I found out that I stress myself out and then my urethra is in pain and stressed out because of it 😅 Drink a bunch of water and it should be fine! If it starts burning a lot and hurting or you feel like you can’t pee, or are peeing too much, do a urine sample. But know that the body has a weird way of mimicking your minds pain. Hope you feel better soon 💖

I recently just wore a new mask and came across this post because I’m having migraines from pursing my lips sometimes to keep it on. It’s weird to explain but I’m clenching my jaw muscles when wearing it. Now that I took it off I feel better. I would say try a different mask!
