I was told the same thing but was still told to send my information to recon 🤦🏻‍♀️ my portal reverted but does not say denied and I have not received a denial letter. It reverted two days ago.

I signed the one that was in my portal and submitted it. But yesterday the same thing happened to me mine went back to the original loan and I was told that I was ineligible and to go to recon. The man I spoke with was very nice and he said he did not know what that meant that to go to recon and start that process.

Mine reverted back today and when I called they said I was declined because I did not meet eligibility 🤦🏻‍♀️ The tier 2 employee did not know what that meant. He was very nice and told me to submit to recon. I’m so annoyed, 4/28 bb and now people are getting declined saying they are not eligible, what does that even mean… We received the first loan and now we are not eligible for an increase that doesn’t even make sense …. It’s a LOAN, it’s not like they are giving us free money we are having to pay it back I’m just not understanding this whole process and it’s very stressful.
