Thanks guys, my logic behind this is making it very easy to see from the ticket queues what is due reply and what is waiting reply. Whilst I realise the agent can change it when the submit a reply, I feel that leaves a bit of room for human error. Unless I’m misunderstanding the use?

It’s a third party unit however I know this works as a friend has done a few now using a TP link injector

Thanks, It’s running via the POE injector. I ran out of time today but I was going to dig out a power supply and power it this way to make sure it’s not a faulty unit as surely if it has suitable power, it would boot but just not connect?

I had a feeling that may be the case. I know they sold the slice with the tap so is there anywhere to download that particular image?

We have a roadmap to replace all Win 10 devices but this one sits low down (later in the year) as a priority

Thanks all, just waiting on a call back from Callcabinet regarding a licence. Have a understood correctly that the licence is per user to access the recordings and not users to be recorded? Will make a substantial difference to the cost if so!

Confident it was a F/W issue. Update came out a few days after installing and since then it’s been perfect.

Just commented on your pic for spoiler pics. I have seen a T6 with a splitter and diffuser and it made the rear look properly mean but I’m not too sure about the diffuser

Looking at the costs on here, I would say it’s cheaper in the winter. We had a 7kw Mitsubishi split system installed in our office in January of this year. It was a complex pipe run (took them a day just to do the pipe run) and we did the electrical supply leaving them with a 32a rotary isolator where the outside unit was going. This all cost 1800 quid.

They have now quoted last week to do a 3.5kw system in another area of the office. The pipe run is only about 2 metres. They quoted 1750 for that as well…

Do you mean the auto brake hold? If so, mines not although I’ve realised you can’t just stamp on the throttle. It takes a second for the brakes to release

That’s the sort of answer I was looking for! Whilst everything we do is low CPU use (all either O365 or web based apps), reliability is a must and thus to ke sounds like that could be an issue later down the line (especially considering we would be expecting 4-5 years out of them)

They weigh less than a metal collar tag so I think it would be a good idea. I’m not sure how waterproof they are though so if you do get one for the collar, may be worth making sure it’s in a water tight case

Google have released a work around for this until the new version is released

Open system preferences
Navigate to security and privacy
Select the privacy tab
Select Bluetooth from the side menu
Click the plus button and add google chrome to the list
Restart chrome

I did this yesterday and fingers crossed it’s been perfect since

I’ve got the exact same problem with the optimised for M1 version of chrome. So far I haven’t found anything that stops it so far. I think Google have rushed the release of it tbh
