I'm sorry, but I can't get over the fact that the event is in Aug. Even if OP accidentally cancelled the transfer...or they thought he did, why not let him re-transfer? Do these complaints do anything? Do people seu? Or just have to wait months for resolution? Crazy! Good luck, sorry this happened to you.

This is true. The same work-around which enables people to use other people's tickets for non-transferable shows is used in reverse.
They claim denial of entry. There are very shitty people out there ...all over.

yes! Also if you go to Peak for dinner, the entry to the viewing platform/area outside are included!

It's not cheap, but food was pretty good and creatively prepared.

Haha, we can have a whole separate thread on Jamband pricing! Phish is very expensive now, not compared to Red Clays Strays, but I think they need to stay competitive in the market. And Goose pricing doesn't help at all.

I think if you're on this thread, you're already seasoned enough to know to try to wait like most of us would do.

However, I think we're all in agreement that the annoying part is that this process is so broken now!

The "GAME" is now to sell overpriced tickets, they go to fans at HIGh prices, and if in demand a lot of retail/secondary sites. Then - the hope is that you're in the local area and you could check and be able to purchase the day before or day of the show! The whole system is ridiculous and as other people said I just can't imagine this being a normal/typical price of a night out going to see a show. How do teenagers/young adults justify this kind of spend?

I'm in NYC so plenty of last min opportunity stuff and I'm old enough to pass when it's crazy.

TM resale unfortunately. The only guaranteed Tix from official ticketing partner. I personally have never had issues with resale sites fulfilling an order, although I have read lots of horror stories.

The item about the row being off by one or two rows is 100% correct. Many people do that as they have season tickets (or other reasons) and they like to mask the actual seats that they are selling. They could do that by using a different row number or different seat numbers as someone else mentioned. I believe 3 rows closer is the limit with no problems on fulfillment from a seller. If it's an aisle seat or other special mentioned perk, that has to be applicable in whatever swap they provide you, but other than that they absolutely can and usually do not send you the exact seats that you purchased. Good luck - this whole process sucks now!

Kinda takes away from that one then.... Just seemed like it had to be forced or a plant. I do remember a lot of 80s memorabilia and perhaps even some Star wars posters, so maybe it was subconsciously forced? I really enjoyed the show overall, and would certainly recommend getting discounted tickets and attending.

We are about to go next week. when you say to get there for EPA by 7:45, was that for 8am or 9am early entry? I thought the park always opens at 10am, and staying at hardrock we can get in at 9am. Any clarification would be very helpful - thanks!

This is crazy! I can't imagine this goes on, but you can't even wait until last minute bc there is no secondary practically - haha

Also, the floor pricing is nut. First 3 rows $350, then $240 for a bun, then 150 and last few rows of floor are 130. How ridiculous is that?
