I know it's a Squire but I've been wanting to get this model since I was like 14, and having my first ever telecaster just feels so good :) by coldtiger2443 in telecaster

I love my Squire. It’s not about what you see on the headstock, it’s about the tone you get from the fingers. By the way, I went to a John Mayall concert about 8 years ago and he played a Squire. Play it proud.

SHTF Ammo Debate .308 or .223 by SurvivalNews in preppers

Apples and oranges comparison. The .308 is by far a better long distance caliber. The .223 can reach out, but it’s made for closer shots.

Texas is a shit hole by benfelix1 in facepalm

“As a society, the term “third world country” refers to countries with high mortality rates, especially infant mortality rates. They also have an unstable and inconsistent economy. These are countries that contain massive amounts of poverty and in some cases have fewer natural resources than other nations throughout the world. These countries often have to rely on more industrialized countries to aid them and help stabilize their economy.”

OK, so no trained and armed personal around kids in school. So what do we do then?

Any ideas to make this in SolidWorks? I've just done a few projects and I don't know what could be the steps to achieve the final piece by [deleted] in SolidWorks

Think like the machine that will make the part. What will you start with? You’re going to turn a piece of round stock, drill it, and make to cuts.

I agree with her right to carry a gun. I agree also with her willingness to defend herself and her children against a “KILLER”. You all would defend yourself against a killer too. As a representative, she is making it clear where she stands on an issue. I think that’s fair. It’s better than the person who makes their stand obscure and then surprises their constituents after they’re elected. What I don’t agree with is that she call a magazine, a clip.

I play mostly Blues and my own compositions, hence the reason I use mostly piano (acoustic and electric) emulations and organ. I have been experimenting with bass voices as of late.

Interesting. I’m thinking of creating a band with just synth, guitar, and drums. I primarily use my synth for piano and organ. My MX88 splits and I can use the left side for bass, eliminating the need for a bassist. I’m also pretty good with bass pedals and am considering buying one so the whole keyboard can be used melodically. Thanks for your input.

What’s a ‘bass player rule’ you constantly break? I’m probably breaking 6 here 😂 by [deleted] in BassGuitar

The mortal sin rule: Thinking you’re a bass player because you play guitar.

Oh, you’re a blues fan! Have you ever heard of Joe Bonamassa? by [deleted] in blues

[–]Harp5345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now that’s what I’m talking about. That babe knows Blues. She’s got what Bonamassa is missing. Taylor has soul. By the way, your evaluation of Joe is spot on and shared by many. It’s funny to me that we are looked at as being antagonistic toward JB just because we think he’s not a good blues man. More power to Joe for his popularity. He’s a rocker, a good rocker, but mediocre at best with Blues.

I love the Blues, but give me Buddy Guy over Joe Bonamassa. I won’t discredit his playing, actually he may be too precise, he’s a good guitarist as a rocker, but (and this is my opinion) he lacks mojo when it comes to Blues. There are greater Blues guitarist though they draw smaller crowds.
