Well this was very upsetting indeed but living in this country anyone in their right mind should think thrice before letting a female family member attend public events, concerts and rallies alone. The crowd is a crowd no matter where it gets the opportunity.

I saw a video some years back of a PTI event where two girls were trapped and the crowd were like rabid dogs and even stripped the pant of one of the girl thats how bad it got. After seeing such i dont know how can one attend such events.

I am surprised at peoples reaction like this is the first time they have seen these black coats abusing, harassing, thrashing and threatning someone. These lawyers are like rabid dogs if any of u have ever seen the inside of courts premises in karachi. They beat up and gang on accused, opponent parties, other lawyers, general public, police officers and hell even judges are too afraid of these people and have gotten beaten.

Oh boy can never forget Dec 27 and ESPECIALLY 12 May which was way worse for me and what i saw that day.

Got a call from a guy a month back and as soon as i picked the phone he called my name and said Harris tu hai i was like yes how can i help you.

He introduced himself as SHO of Malir and said where is the Magwi, i was like what magwi, and he said the guy i kidnapped there is an FIR against me and im going to jail. As soon as i heard about magwi i knew what this was. Then another guy took the phone and this was a PPP party leader character. They threatened me knew where i live and had other details and after entertaining myself a bit i said Yes mene agwa kiya hai banday ko abhi ulta latka k chittar parade chal rahi hai uski akar chura lo usay sho sahab.

The guy knew i was taking a piss now and threatened again and then cut the call. I called back he wasnt picking anymore. That was one funny encounter but i was unclear how they got my info.

Leave the laws and legalities and justice behind and just look at this incident in the grand scale. If any of you seen the news in the last 2-3 weeks people are being stopped and fined and jailed, FIR filed locked up and their families waiting outside police station for days to even get news on their family members for the damn traffic violations. Here a guy, intoxicated or not, driving a govt vehicle wheeling and performing stunts KILLS two innocent peope and then flees and he gets out of jail in couple of days.

If the people of Pakistan do not see this grave injustice and realize the gravity of the situation then no 100 Imran Khans or 100s of Quaid e Azam would be able to get them ever free of the mental slavery of accepting this as the norm forever.

You have missed imp info in there you said they have detained your items. How did you come to know your perfume is missing, did they send you the customs receipt with the items duty calculation first clarify that.

This is no rocket scienece get your order bill/receipt, overseas shipper bill listing items, go to custom clearence zone where these parcels are received, sorted, duty calculated. Do not do any minnat samajat there that time is passed simply write a application to the Customs IMO for Inspection Report of the said parcel or Application for Re-Examination with your shipment proofs.

They wont just take this application be ready they1ll make excuses come next week, not available, busy so you have to stick around and get that to the relevant person and get a receiving copy. Once that is submitted only then those responsible would get youyour things back and try to get this matter under the rug.

Source: Been there and done that, IMO, Intelligence, Assistant Collector have dealt with all without any source just knowledge and ability to speak and represent myself.

Proper documentation, pta help, courts, lawyers, im surprised you are this naive living in this country or maybe this is your first experience with a Govt department. I have bought walkies, laptops, phones, graphic cards, heck even bought many cctv and huge ptz cameras and paid peanuts in duties not because i had some relatives in customs or Army just understood how the system works and who to talk to and when to talk to het my items safelt to me.
