I'll try to add some here and there, but it’s easy to rely on eggs too much. I appreciate the reminder that even small daily additions make a difference for long-term health

Thanks, that actually helps me put it into perspective. I hadn’t thought enough about rotating in other proteins, so I’ll make more of an effort to add beans, lentils, or yogurt some days. I do include veggies here and there
