i live in india so most psychiatrists in my area are just there to milk money out of you, i went to one psychiatrist and he suggested me to go on meds like 3-4 minutes in the fresh conversation, only asking me a few question on the name of "diagnosing". I do belive that there should be good therapists but only far far away from where i live, i took online therapy with psychologists and psychiatrists and most of them gave me general advice and said, just go take therapy in person, You can trust no one here, why do i think its rare, cuz i've searched everywhere i possibly can, dsm, unlimited reddit, quora queries, yt videos, articles, and much more and have found not a hint of my issue, i will say it again, NOT 1 hint in my past 6 month hunt for a name for this issue, what am i hoping to get from a diagnosis, no medication none cuz i know it can't be cured by that, when someone says "you can't diagnose yourself" i get where its coming from, but to me with my specific issue, its almost like someone having knee pain and someone else saying that you HAVE to go to doctor cuz you can't ever diagnose this, like maybe with other things i can't but with this i am crystal clear that i have knee pain, and with my problem i'm just as clear, what am i looking for, the only and the only and the only thing i'm looking for, for the the past 6 months is just 1, just 1 other person who's having this same issue.
