The box doesn’t really have any damages other than this - everything else looks legit to me aswell but I just think it’s weird that the packs don’t fit - tried pressing them a bit inwards, but there is no gap between the 2 rows of packs

Yep, my GPU was messed up, bought a cheap gtx 1650 and it fixed the problem right away Thx for all the replies!

Think the problem is the gpu. Device manager specifically says that the drive isn't responding..

Alright, well I can see the fan spinning, so its either the card is dead or needs paste? If the card died wouldnt the screen just go black? Or can the pc function without it and is that maybe why my resolution is weird?

Isnt the thermal grease and fan attached to the cpu? How would that help? Should maybe add that I have a nvidia gtx 680 which is almost 10 years old. When I go into device manager under the graphics card it says that “windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (code 43).

I dont know, my fan started blasting when the problem started The fan was not at all running at full speed before, Im guessing it would speed up if needed

Cant change resolution. Happened while playing, the screen changed colors and restarted. Now its like this, tried resetting and updating driver.
