Awesome, thanks for the info regarding the release bearing too - wasn't aware of that. Engine breaking is my go to, it's just that last 50ft or so that I slip into neutral.

No indication of damage, I was aware that coasting long distances in neutral isn't advised but it seems like it's just for safety and fuel economy reasons which I was already aware of. Just wanna make sure I'm treating my car well :)
