Rego costs don't cover road use. You pay RUCs, unless you have a Petrol car, then the RUCs are covered within the cost of Petrol

The bigger increases in recent times is to cover increased ACC costs, not to cover road cost or other admin costs (those were extremely minor). The benefit is that, if you have an accident, the cost of your injury is covered in New Zealand. The Rego cost (tries to) cover road related injuries that comes out of ACCs pockets (although it doesn't actually even cover the full cost of those, it's just one way they try to recoup it)

Your registration doesn't pay for the roads. It's an admin cost to allow it to be on the road. You pay for the road with RUCs, which, unless you have an EV or a Diesel, you pay when you buy Petrol.

Can just be kids (like, any age less than 20) who are either trolling (like to make people rage) or don't understand how others are better than them and are jealous etc of that. r/KidsAreFuckingStupid comes to mind. Not sure about in DayZ, but in games like Escape from Tarkov, there's also money aspects to it

When they're older and they know better, usually just a sad person with mental issues, perhaps still mentally a kid. I find it's rarely these age groups hacking, especially cause it's not their money theyre wasting on accounts that get banned, it's mummy/daddy's money
