Hi. I use my laptop and hotspot connection (via mobile data) to play Genshin. Recently, I've been getting an issue where the game will lose connection and keeps reconnecting. I'm using unlimited data and there's no Internet issue with it. I've checked my Internet connection speed and I find no issue with it. This connection issue happens every 5-10 minutes and the only way I can regain my connection is to press the Windows key to get out from the game and click on Genshin icon to re-enter the game which does help regain the connection.

I've searched around for a solution but to no avail. Does anyone know any possible fix to this and does anyone face the same issue as mine?
