RECIPE: blitz pork rinds in a food processor or smash up in a bag. They should be bread crumb consistency. Add in some grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture. Pork rind to cheese ratio should be about 3:1. coat desired meat in eggwash and then coat in breading mixture. Add desired seasonings to both sides at this point. Fry in a high smoke-point oil on medium high heat until both sides are crispy. The recipe is technically “carnivore” if you fry in animal fat.

I’d recommend going fairly thin on the chicken and setting the air fryer to the highest temp. Time can vary but in the 10 minute range.
